Privacy Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to the Astra Loom mobile game on iOS, iPadOS, and Android, and to this support website.
2. Information stored on your device
Astra Loom stores game progress, settings, stardust balance, level ratings, and processed purchase transaction identifiers locally on your device. This information supports core game functionality and is not used to identify you across other companies’ apps or websites.
3. Advertising
The game offers optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may process IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device identifiers, advertising data, product interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. An ad reward is granted only after the ad provider confirms completion.
4. Consent and tracking choices
Where required, Google’s User Messaging Platform presents privacy choices before ads are requested. On Apple devices, you may also receive an App Tracking Transparency request. You can decline tracking and still use the game; ad availability and personalization may differ. When required by your region, ad privacy choices can be reopened from the game’s Settings screen.
5. Purchases
Stardust purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Astra Loom does not receive or store your payment card details. The store provides a transaction result and product identifier so the game can deliver the purchased item and prevent duplicate delivery.
6. Children
Astra Loom is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support request, contact us so we can address it.
7. Retention and deletion
Local game data remains on your device until you reset progress, clear app data, or uninstall the game. Advertising and storefront providers retain information under their own policies and legal obligations.
8. Service providers

9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. Most Astra Loom progress data is stored only on your device and can be removed using the reset option or by uninstalling the app. For provider-held data, use the privacy controls offered by that provider.

2. Cihazınızda saklanan bilgiler
Astra Loom; oyun ilerlemesini, ayarları, yıldız tozu bakiyesini, bölüm puanlarını ve işlenmiş satın alma işlem kimliklerini cihazınızda yerel olarak saklar. Bu bilgiler oyunun temel işlevlerini sağlar ve sizi başka şirketlerin uygulama veya sitelerinde tanımak için kullanılmaz.
3. Reklamlar
Oyun, Google AdMob üzerinden isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklamlar sunar. Google ve reklam ortakları; IP adresi, IP’den türetilen yaklaşık konum, cihaz tanımlayıcıları, reklam verileri, ürün etkileşimleri ile tanılama veya performans bilgilerini işleyebilir. Reklam ödülü yalnız reklam sağlayıcısı tamamlanmayı doğruladıktan sonra verilir.
4. Onay ve takip tercihleri
Gereken bölgelerde reklam isteğinden önce Google User Messaging Platform gizlilik tercihlerini gösterir. Apple cihazlarda Uygulama Takibi Şeffaflığı izni de sorulabilir. Takibi reddederek oyunu kullanmaya devam edebilirsiniz; reklam kullanılabilirliği ve kişiselleştirmesi değişebilir. Bölgenizde gerekliyse reklam gizlilik tercihleri Ayarlar ekranından yeniden açılabilir.
5. Satın almalar
Yıldız tozu satın almaları Apple App Store veya Google Play tarafından işlenir. Astra Loom ödeme kartı bilgilerinizi almaz veya saklamaz. Mağaza, satın alınan içeriğin teslim edilmesi ve tekrar teslimin önlenmesi için işlem sonucu ile ürün kimliğini sağlar.
6. Çocuklar
Astra Loom genel kitleye yönelik bir bulmaca oyunudur ve 13 yaş altındaki çocukları hedeflemez. Bir çocuğun destek talebi aracılığıyla kişisel bilgi verdiğini düşünüyorsanız müdahale edebilmemiz için bizimle iletişime geçin.
7. Saklama ve silme
Yerel oyun verileri ilerlemeyi sıfırlayana, uygulama verilerini temizleyene veya oyunu kaldırana kadar cihazınızda kalır. Reklam ve mağaza sağlayıcıları bilgileri kendi politikaları ve yasal yükümlülükleri doğrultusunda saklar.
